On the palate the attack is greedy with yellow fruits, meringue, and a spicy touch. The finish with candied orange is long and delicate.

The nose delicately reveals itself on first notes of white peach and apricot, then giving way to aromas of white flowers with a touch of dried fruits. The palate that is both fine and elegant allows to find the freshness of white fruits while revealing a lovely minerality on fresh chalk. The surprising finish mixes the liveliness of citrus fruits with a slightly spicy touch.

Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Terrior
Our notes: Extra dry chardonnay grape only champagne. Surprisingly good with spicy food (who knew you could have champagne with curry?) and at around 55 calories per 100ml that’s about the lowest calorie alcoholic drink; another reason we love it!
Awards:
Silver Medal "International Wine Challenge" 2022Silver Medal "Concours des Vinalies Internationales (Oenologues de France)" 2021
£23.91 per 75cl bottle
(+ £17.04 charity donation, total £40.95)Laurent’s notes: (translated!) Discreet nose on aromas of dried fruits and white flowers, which reveals a lovely minerality along with some notes of candied fruits. A surprisingly fresh palate with notes of preserved lemon and white chalk leads to a rich and slightly peppery finish.
-
Brut Rosé Héritage Premier Cru
Our notes: A very different rosé. Bursting with fruit flavours but without the excessive sweetness of many rosés (it has only 11 grams of liqueur per bottle - almost the same as the 10g in Brut Heritage). Perfect for a summer afternoon or when you’re feeling summery?
Awards:
Gold Medal "Concours Mondial de Bruxelles" 2023Gold Medal "Concours Mondial des Féminalise" 2023
Gold Medal "Concours International de Lyon" 2021

Silver Medal "Concours Mondial de Bruxelles" 2021£23.81 per 75cl bottle
(+ £14.14 charity donation, total £37.95)Laurent’s notes: (translated!) The nose is generous with notes of peony, wild strawberries with a slight touch of flint. The palate is greedy and the notes of candied redcurrant and blackcurrant combine to reveal a lively and lemony finish.

Silver Medal "Concours Mondial de Bruxelles" 2021£26.99 per 75cl bottle*
(+ £18.96 charity donation, total £45.95Laurent’s notes: (translated!) 2015: Appearance : Yellow gold with white tints
Nose : The subdued expressivity enhances the delicacy of the blending. Dominant yellow fruits along with a basket of crunchy white fruits. The whole shows a remarkable aromatic freshness.
Palate : Intensity and roundness of Pinot Noir. Rich, tonic and generous. Aromas of white fruits (white peach) and fresh yellow fruits (mirabelle and apricot). Rich, tonic and structured finish.
What about in a few years' time ? ‘2015 is the reference year for this decade concerning the Pinot Noir in Montagne de Reims. The nose will let mint and roasted notes appear, the yellow fruits will become stewed (mirabelle jam). This Vintage will maintain a tonic palate and show a nice patina given by the Pinot Noir.
This Vintage is a gastronomic champagne by its structure and uniqueness.’
